Meet the Team – Roger & Jackson Casement
The Plumber – Led by a Lincoln Professional With More Than 30 Years of Experience
Roger Casement, founder and owner of The Plumber, brings decades of hands-on plumbing experience to every job. He started this company with a simple principle: do the work the right way — not the fastest or cheapest, but the most reliable.
Roger remains actively involved in daily operations, personally overseeing projects and ensuring every client gets respectful service and honest recommendations. Whether you’re dealing with an emergency or planning a remodel, you can count on his team to listen first, communicate clearly, and deliver results that last.
Jackson Lee Casement – Second-Generation Plumber
Carrying on the family tradition, Jackson Lee Casement is proud to serve the Lincoln, Nebraska community alongside his father. At just 27 years old, Jackson brings 5+ years of plumbing experience to the team — and a lifetime of local roots. A proud father of two, Jackson grew up right here in Lincoln, where he played Little League baseball and midget football coached by his dad. He later went on to compete in football, baseball, and wrestling throughout high school.
Known by those around him as a hard worker and a “real good boy,” Jackson is committed to the same values The Plumber was built on: honest work, clear communication, and lasting results. Whether fixing a leak or installing new plumbing systems, Jackson brings both skill and heart to every job.
